The Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Legal Secretary to support a team of fee earners in our Construction, Infrastructure & Utilities department. Our CIU team are a dominant force in the Irish market, offering extensive local and international experience in complex construction & engineering projects.


In this role you will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support including file management, client billing, diary and correspondence management, and the production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates.


Candidate Requirements

·        2+ years of experience supporting a team of solicitors in a busy environment;

·        experience in litigation is an asset;

·        proficient with MS Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

·        excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; and

·        a strong team player who can take the initative.
