The Role

We are now looking to further grow the team by adding a further experienced senior associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join an industry leading practice in a top tier firm with an enviable client base. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical essence and also be someone driven and motivated with aspirations towards partnership.


Duties will include:

  • Advising on all aspects of Irish employment law.

  • Managing the employment aspects of corporate transactions and advising on commercial issues involving, in particular, agency and outsourcing contracts.

  • Managing employment related litigation both before the WRC and the civil courts.

  • Advising clients on strategic HR issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals.

  • Managing client relationships and client development.

  • Leading, managing and training associates and other team members.


Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.

  • 4+ years PQE with specific experience in management side, employment legal advisory work and employment litigation.

  • Strong focus on client services and the ability to a manage multiple clients.

  • Be pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills.
