The Corporate Team

Our Corporate team is a transactional based team which advises on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate structures, and investment type transactions across many industries and sectors, including the above sectors.

We are currently seeking to recruit a senior associate level lawyer to our corporate team, with a focus on reorganisations and restructuring to joint ventures and from mergers & acquisitions to equity financing. Our Corporate team is well resourced with associate lawyers and supervising partners, who are focused on developing the team and providing good career progression opportunities for its lawyers.

Requirements

• 4+ years PQE;

• Experience within a corporate law firm working on corporate transactions;

• Ambitious to progress in your career;

• Strong work ethic;
