The Role:

 

Our Technology, Sourcing and Innovation (TSI) team are the 'go to' lawyers for Irish and international technology businesses. We work on a daily basis with the world’s leading online companies and social media platforms, providing cutting edge advice on new and complex legal matter.  We regularly advise on topics at the intersection of law and new technology. The role will include the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts across all sectors, as well as business advisory work to assist clients comply with laws applying in the tech and digital space (eg. ecommerce, consumer protection, privacy, Digital Services Act). The TSI team is collaborative and dynamic – we ensure team members have a variety of interesting work, the supports to develop their skills and an opportunity to progress their career.   

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2 – 6 + years’ PQE, either from a top- or mid-tier law firm, or in-house;

  • excellent academic credentials and superior oral and written communication skills;

  • experience in commercial contracts, IT law and/or in working with technology sector;

  • strong IT skills

  • strong focus on client service and the ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload; and

  • pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment.
