Candidate Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years’ PQE with relevant experience from an international or Irish law firm.
  • Good understanding of debt and equity fundraisings and the equity investment process (including EI CRCP shares, SAFEs, subscription agreements, convertible loan notes, etc).
  • Interest in the technology sector and love of working with fast-growth, internationally focused businesses.
  • Initiative for business development and seeking out niche areas to develop a personal practice.
  • Strong work ethic, desire to cultivate long-term client relationships and progress in your career.

Responsibilities of role

  • Drafting and negotiating documents for venture capital and private equity investments, buy- and sell-side M&A deals and other corporate transactions.
  • Direct engagement with clients and running transactions, with an appropriate level of partner guidance.
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with start-up and scale-companies.
  • Engaging in business development and firm marketing initiatives.
  • Continuous personal learning and development.
