We are currently seeking to recruit an Associate for our Employment team, focusing on non-contentious work and employment related litigation.

The Role

Our Employment Law team offers comprehensive commercial and strategic guidance to organisations, addressing a wide spectrum of workplace matters, ranging from the recruitment process to retirement planning. Our esteemed clientele encompasses both prominent domestic companies and multinational corporations. Moreover, we possess an extensive knowledge base concerning the legal the legal and constitutional challenges encountered by governmental and public sector entities.

The role will include:

  •  Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.

  •  Advising clients on HR queries, particularly issues such as absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals.

  •  Assisting with corporate transactions.

  •  Advising on TUPE.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales;

  • 1 - 3 years PQE with specific experience in management side, employment legal advisory work and employment litigation;

  • Strong focus on client services and the ability to a manage multiple clients; and

  • Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Excellent academics and superior oral and written communication skills
