  • Identify practical opportunities to use AI and other technologies to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of L&D and enhance the learner experience.

  • Advise partners, business leaders and HR colleagues on talent, leadership and capability development.

  • Design, develop and manage the MHC mentoring programme.

  • Support the firm's leadership development strategy, including strengthening leadership capability, succession planning and organisational resilience.

  • Provide one-to-one executive coaching as part of the firm's wider leadership development approach.

  • A genuine interest in how AI and new technologies are changing professional skills and the way people learn and work.

  • The confidence and credibility to advise, influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.

  • Excellent project and programme management skills, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities.
