Are you interested in joining our highly regarded Health & Prosecutions team. We are open to considering all levels of experience. Interest in developing advocacy skills is important and the role may require travel outside of Dublin.


The Role


We are seeking a motivated associate/senior associate to join our Health & Prosecutions team for an exciting and rewarding role. Our unique team of lawyers do the majority of our own advocacy in the courts, giving us an unrivalled perspective when it comes to initial advice and case preparation.


We advise on healthcare law, child protection law and regulatory prosecutions. We also develop tailored legal training programmes, workshops and webinars for professionals.


We act on behalf of various statutory authorities including TUSLA Child and Family Agency, the Health Service Executive, private hospitals and local authorities.


Candidate Requirements


  • 4+ PQE in related practice area.

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales.

  • A team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm.

  • Ability to deliver legal training where required.

  • Keen to progress their career in a growing international firm.


The ideal candidate will have experience with:


  • Litigation

  • Child protection work.

  • Healthcare in the field of mental health, wards of court and disability.

  • Prosecutions

  • Court advocacy preferred but not essential
