Here at Mason Hayes & Curran we work with the best clients and want to have the best people in our firm. You will experience a friendly, supportive and entrepreneurial culture. We care deeply about consistently doing right by our clients and by our people. That is the cornerstone of our success and continued prosperity, we’re the fastest growing top tier law firm. We treat our people like adults, we respect their ability to use their judgment. We don’t have many rules and we don’t micro manage. In return, we expect our people to behave responsibly and professionally. We aim to provide meaningful work so that our people know that what they do has an impact on businesses, communities, events and outcomes.

We aim to give our people continuous opportunity to develop, learn and advance at all stages of their career. This is done through exposure to significant clients and appropriately challenging work and the allocation of increasing levels of responsibility as well as through structured learning and development programs.

We are progressive and modern in our disposition. So, we are open plan, flexible in work practices, use plain English and are transparent with information. We are also keen to learn new ways of working and interested in changing and challenging ourselves, and correspondingly disinterested in traditional hierarchical mindsets.

We offer employees the opportunity for secondments with an enviable client base both local and international with the World Law Group. We’ve had NQs go to Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Poland, and others. Be part of a progressive, flexible, and modern firm which values the contribution of all employees.

We host an NQ bootcamp to support NQ solicitors with their transition from trainee to associate. It runs across six weeks and involves talks and seminars from both internal and external speakers. The bootcamp culminates in an away day hosted by an external development facilitator, followed by a dinner.

To learn more about the career path experienced by some of our NQs who've since progressed to Senior Associate & Partner, you can see a range of first hand accounts HERE, via our 'MHC Life' collection! You can see our full list of practice areas HERE.
