We are now looking to further grow the team by adding an experienced employment associate or senior associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join an industry leading practice in a top tier firm with an enviable client base. We provide a tailored approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Our clients include leading domestic and multinational corporations. WE provide commercial and strategic advice on all workplace issues.
3-5 years PQE.
Strong demonstrable experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Responsibilities of the role include
Non-contentious work will include:
Advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
Advising clients on HR queries, particularly issues such as absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes; complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring and redundancies, dismissals.
Assisting with corporate transactions.
Advising on TUPE.
Contentious work will include:
representing clients before the WRC and the civil courts.
preparing and delivering client facing employment law workshops.
representing MHC at various industry and employment events and conferences.
