Mason Hayes & Curran wish to recruit both an Associate and 2 Senior Associates to join their highly regarded Products Team which is continuing to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to work in a specialist area in a top tier firm and to join the only standalone Products team in Ireland.

Candidate Requirements

To be be considered for the associate role candidates would require 2 years + post qualification experience and for the senior associate role candidates would require 5 years + in life sciences, consumer products, healthcare – contentious and non-contentious;

Experience in product liability, particularly Life Sciences product liability defence, will be a distinct advantage;

Experience in life science advisory work will be a distinct advantage;

Candidates with defence litigation in the insurance sector will be considered;
