IT Trainer

We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of Irish business-related law and with particular focus on the Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Charities sectors.

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Trainer, to join our our IT team

The Role

The IT Trainer will be in charge of delivering all internal IT training within the firm. This will include induction training, systems training, and training to deliver best practice guidance on utilising IT and systems, as required by the firm.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and delivering training courses to a wide range of IT users in a corporate setting on a diverse range of software applications.

• Excellent communication, prioritising, and organisation skills.

• Proactive and innovative approach to training.

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint

• Ability to analyse the training needs of all staff within the organisation and tailor training needs accordingly.

• Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered.

• Keep up to date with all relevant software systems, used within the organisation.

• Provide both group training and one-to-one support as and when required.
