The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team as an Graduate Recruitment Assistant, supporting the Early Careers Lead in the delivery of the firm's graduate recruitment and early talent programmes. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, interns and trainees while providing high-quality administrative and operational support across a range of recruitment and onboarding activities.


This is a varied and people-focused role that combines administration, coordination and event management. It will suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the opportunity to support a range of initiatives, from university engagement and recruitment campaigns to networking events and trainee development programme.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and coordination of the firm's early careers and recruitment programmes.

  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communications and stakeholder liaison.

  • Assist with onboarding and induction activities for interns, trainees, placement students and new hires.

  • Support the planning and delivery of early careers events, including university career fairs, networking events, workshops, interview days and internal programmes.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases and documentation, ensuring information is kept up to date and managed confidentially.

  • Respond to candidate and stakeholder queries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment and programme materials, presentations and communications.

  • Build positive relationships with candidates, trainees, colleagues and external partners.

  • Support initiatives that enhance the firm's employer brand and candidate experience.

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team and wider business as required.


Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role, within a busy professional environment.

  • Administration experience, including the management and documentation of processes.

  • Passion for working in a fast paced, busy environment.

  • Strong IT skills and extensive working knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Critical thinking mindset and attention to detail orientated approach.

  • Related third level qualification is an advantage.

  • Highly people-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering engaging events and programme experiences.
