The Role

Our award winning, renowned team of transactional banking specialists is one of the largest in Ireland, providing domestic and international clients with unparalleled financial services sector experience. We have detailed knowledge of all transactional issues that can occur. Our clients include major domestic and international banks and investment banks, non-bank lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and investment funds. We advise international and domestic clients on a range of topics including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, commercial real estate, development finance and corporate restructuring.


Candidate Requirements


  • NQ to 6 years PQE;

  • Experience in banking and finance is an asset but not a necessity;

  • Excellent communication and research skills;

  • Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment; and

  • Excellent academic credentials (transcript will be sought after at offer stage) and superior written and oral communications skills are required.
