Mason Hayes & Curran LLP wishes to recruit at all levels to join our Commercial Team across the areas of Privacy & Data Security, and Technology, Sourcing & Innovation.

The Role

The successful candidate will work with a renowned team of legal experts with access to an enviable client base, Having one of the largest commercial teams in Ireland means we can offer a depth of resources and breadth of expertise that helps secure the best contractual outcomes for our clients. As trusted business advisers, we assist our clients navigate the confusing array of regulations and obligations applying to their business.

We specialise in providing commercially focused advise to both public and private clients, applying our strategic knowledge and formulating innovative contractual structures.

Candidate Requirements

•   0 – 6 + years’ PQE, either in-house or from a top- or mid-tier law firm;

•   Demonstrable experience in one or both of the following:

•   Commercial contracts drafting, review and negotiations

•   Data protection and technology law

•   Excellent academic credentials and superior oral and written communication skills; and

•   Strong IT skills with a good understanding of the technology sector
