The Role

The Mason, Hayes & Curran Financial Services team is a highly regarded team. We help clients manage transitions and respond to the ever changing regulatory and political environment. We assist clients on the structuring, documentation and execution of transactions involving listed and unlisted debt securities. Our team have experience of private practice and working in-house with the businesses that structure and originate these deals.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-5 years post qualification transactional experience in the area of debt capital markets, including structured finance and securitisation.

• Strong focus on client services and the ability to manage multiple clients.

• Pro-active, working collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities of the role include

• Working with clients on the drafting, compilation and legal review of, input into, offering documents (including prospectuses). EU regulated and exchange regulated markets.  

• Listing debt securities on Euronext Dublin and other leading stock exchanges. EU regulated and exchange regulated markets.  

• Establishing and documenting Irish law ABS note programmes and handling ongoing issuances.
